After you have completed the credit card payment process AND we have received
payment notification from paypal.com we will e-mail your unlock code to
you within 24hrs. or less, provided that we have a valid e-mail address.
Sorry, we haven't
automated this process yet but we do handle EACH and EVERY order personally.

After pressing
the "Buy" link you will enter Paypal.com's website and be presented
with a form to enter your credit card information and payment amount.
If you have never used Paypal.com before, you will be asked to "set
up a new account" which includes providing Paypal.com with your email
address and choosing a password. Your credit card and personal information,
including email and password, are confidential and known only by Paypal.com.

How
to download Gigorama
First,
click on one of the download links to select which version of GIGORAMA
you'd like to download. Download speed will vary depending on your modem
speed and the type of internet connection you have.
What
to expect while downloading
1.
A box will appear on your screen asking if you'd like to "Run this
program from its current location" or
"Save this program to disk." Choose "Save this program
to disk."
2.
A second box will ask you where you'd like to save this file.
It's easiest to save
it to your computer's desktop, which is where the icons for most of your
programs are displayed.
3.
Wait for the download to finish. Be patient—it should take a few
minutes.
4. When your computer
is finished downloading, go to your Windows desktop and look for the "GRSetup.exe,
GVNsetup.exe or VNRsetup.exe" icon, (depending on which software
you're downloading).Double-click on the icon to start using GIGORAMA!

Handling
corrupt downloads and Install issues
On
occasion a poor internet connection or line disruption can result in a
corrupt download or a corrupt install which can cause the downloaded file
to either not function or perform erratically resulting in run time errors
or crashes. In
such an event we suggest you do the following
1.
Re-download and/or reinstall (Be sure to delete any previous GIGORAMA
files from your system first).
2.
Make sure there are no other programs running during the install.
3.
E-mail us if you get error messages, but [ONLY] after first trying the
above steps.
(Be sure to include
the number and text of the error message).
